Application letter

Addressed to Dr. Raúl Héctor González Pech, president of LASRA Mexico, with copies to Dr. Víctor Manuel Blanco Martínez and Dr. Oscar Cuevas Cruz of the Endorsements Committee.

It must include the full name, date, location and reason for the application.

Faculty profile

Faculty list and membership status. At least 50% must be LASRA members with dues in good standing.

  • Current Board certification.
  • Medical college certificate and current status.
  • Regional anesthesia training.
  • Curriculum summary for foreign faculty.
  • Simulation training, when applicable.

Academic program

Program, syllabus and curriculum aligned with current national and international clinical practice guidelines.

Proof of payment

The payment reference must be the name of the course for which endorsement is requested.
